Jennifer Davidow

Jennifer Davidow’s colleagues fondly refer to her as a “law lawyer.” She identifies and thoroughly learns the legal issues in a case. Armed with that knowledge and her many years’ experience as an appellate court attorney, Jennifer strategizes how best to achieve her clients’ goals.

Jennifer practiced civil litigation and appellate law for the first fifteen years of her career. At the trial level, she handled complex motions, drafted jury charges, and advised trial lawyers regarding preservation of error. Jennifer maintained a broad appellate practice in state and federal courts, writing briefs and presenting oral argument in interlocutory appeals, appeals from final judgment, petitions for mandamus, and petitions for review in courts of discretionary review.

Jennifer joined the Fourteenth Court of Appeals as a staff attorney in 2015. In her six years at the court, she expanded her legal knowledge base and gained tremendous insight into the inner workings of the Texas judicial system.
