Jennifer Davidow
Jennifer Davidow’s colleagues fondly refer to her as a “law lawyer.” She identifies and thoroughly learns the legal issues in her cases. Armed with that knowledge and more than 20 years’ experience in private practice and as an appellate court staff attorney, Jennifer strategizes how best to achieve her clients’ goals.
Jennifer maintains a broad appellate practice in state and federal courts, including interlocutory appeals, appeals from final judgment, petitions for mandamus, and petitions for review in courts of discretionary review. At the trial level, she handles complex motions, drafts jury charges, and advises trial lawyers regarding preservation of error.
Jennifer worked for the Fourteenth Court of Appeals as a staff attorney for six years in the middle of her career. During her time at the court, she expanded her legal knowledge base and gained tremendous insight into the inner workings of the Texas judicial system.
